Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Team collaboration support just works and natural language search across company knowledge. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Pretty happy overall. Integration with popular SaaS tools just works and workflow automation reduces repetitive tasks. May require setup time for integrations can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is workflow automation builder — handled better than most — and natural language search across company knowledge. Less useful for very small teams with few tools is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
