Pretty happy overall. Real-time conversation handling just works and useful for appointments and follow-ups. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on real-time conversation handling, and calls display your own caller ID caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
