Use it every day
Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Insurance document understanding is exactly what I needed, and targeted at insurance-specific workflows. I do wish industry-specific, limited general use, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on insurance document understanding, and supports underwriting and claims teams caught me off guard. Industry-specific, limited general use is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Pretty happy overall. Insurance document understanding just works and supports underwriting and claims teams. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
