Skeptical, then convinced
I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on integrations with CRMs and backend systems, and visual flow editor for faster bot design caught me off guard. Pricing may be high for small teams is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
Years in this space
I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is live agent handoff and inbox — handled better than most — and supports multiple messaging channels. Steeper learning curve than no-code tools is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
Use it every day
Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Visual conversation flow builder is exactly what I needed, and built-in human handoff and agent console. I do wish requires developer skills for advanced features, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
Solid for our team
We rolled this out across the team last quarter and highly customizable with code-level access. Live agent handoff and inbox fits neatly into how we already work, and developer SDK and custom components removed a step we used to do by hand. Steeper learning curve than no-code tools, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
