Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is searchable meeting history — handled better than most — and clear summaries with action items. Privacy considerations with recorded calls is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Shareable notes and exports just works and clear summaries with action items. Privacy considerations with recorded calls can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Real-time transcription is exactly what I needed, and saves time on manual note-taking. I do wish requires reliable audio for best accuracy, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on action item and decision extraction, and automated, accurate meeting transcripts caught me off guard. Limited usefulness for very informal chats is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
