Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is multi-message follow-up sequences — handled better than most — and automates lead qualification and follow-up. AI replies may need human review for nuance is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: multi-message follow-up sequences and automates lead qualification and follow-up. On balance the feature set — especially unified inbox for inbound leads — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Pretty happy overall. Automated lead scoring and routing just works and prioritizes high-intent conversations. Best suited to sales-style use cases can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and automates lead qualification and follow-up. Unified inbox for inbound leads fits neatly into how we already work, and conversion-focused analytics removed a step we used to do by hand. AI replies may need human review for nuance, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
