I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on lead qualification and follow-up automation, and automates time-consuming listing and lead tasks caught me off guard. Niche focus limits use outside real estate is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: real estate-specific language model tuning and automates time-consuming listing and lead tasks. Where it lags: aI-generated content still requires human review. On balance the feature set — especially centralized prospect and listing insights — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is workflow automation for agents and brokerages — handled better than most — and reduces manual admin work for agents and teams. AI-generated content still requires human review is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
