Compared a few options
Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: cI/CD pipeline integration and supports scheduling and CI/CD workflows. On balance the feature set — especially scheduled and automated runs — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
Years in this space
I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is team collaboration and sharing — handled better than most — and natural language reduces the QA learning curve. Worth the time if this is your use case.
Solid for our team
We rolled this out across the team last quarter and no coding required to author tests. Team collaboration and sharing fits neatly into how we already work, and team collaboration and sharing removed a step we used to do by hand. Complex edge-case scenarios can still require technical input, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
