Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and helps reduce ramp-up time for new sales reps. Prospect engagement insights fits neatly into how we already work, and sales pipeline guidance removed a step we used to do by hand. May require integration with existing CRM tools, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Sales pipeline guidance is exactly what I needed, and step-by-step guidance simplifies complex sales workflows. I do wish limited public information about advanced features, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: workflow support for sales reps and helps reduce ramp-up time for new sales reps. Where it lags: limited public information about advanced features. On balance the feature set — especially aI-driven next-step recommendations — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
