Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and supports both inbound and outbound use cases. Analytics on call performance fits neatly into how we already work, and inbound and outbound calling support removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Voice AI-driven call automation is exactly what I needed, and scales voice operations without adding headcount. I do wish voice AI quality depends on language and accent coverage, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on voice AI-driven call automation, and automates repetitive enterprise call workflows caught me off guard. Enterprise focus may not suit small teams is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
