Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on proactive intervention triggers, and quick setup with one line of code caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is retention and behavior analytics — handled better than most — and works across SaaS and e-commerce use cases. Effectiveness depends on traffic volume and data quality is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Retention and behavior analytics just works and combines AI agents with retention analytics. May overlap with existing CRM or CDP tools can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and targets at-risk users proactively. Churn risk detection fits neatly into how we already work, and retention and behavior analytics removed a step we used to do by hand. Limited public detail on pricing, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
