I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is aI training from websites, docs, and PDFs — handled better than most — and trains on multiple data sources including URLs, files, and Q&A. Advanced customization may require technical setup is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on conversation analytics and logs, and easy embedding and platform integrations caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Live chat with human agent takeover is exactly what I needed, and multilingual responses out of the box. I do wish message-based pricing can scale with high traffic, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
