Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Embedded booking link in each text is exactly what I needed, and works 24/7, including after hours. I do wish limited to phone-based lead capture, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is hands-off lead recovery workflow — handled better than most — and recovers leads from missed calls automatically. Limited to phone-based lead capture is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Pretty happy overall. Integration with scheduling calendar just works and recovers leads from missed calls automatically. Effectiveness depends on customers reading texts can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on automatic SMS reply to missed calls, and recovers leads from missed calls automatically caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Effectiveness depends on customers reading texts is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
