Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Order accuracy and performance analytics is exactly what I needed, and speeds up drive-thru throughput. I do wish limited to QSR drive-thru use cases, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: human handoff for complex requests and consistent upselling on every order. On balance the feature set — especially human handoff for complex requests — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is pOS and kitchen system integration — handled better than most — and reduces labor pressure on front-line staff. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Automated upsell and promo prompts is exactly what I needed, and integrates with existing POS systems. I do wish requires staff retraining and oversight, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
