I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is aI-powered candidate screening — handled better than most — and reduces scheduling back-and-forth. May require integration setup with existing ATS is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Pretty happy overall. AI-powered candidate screening just works and helps standardize candidate evaluation. May require integration setup with existing ATS can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: hiring pipeline automation and automates time-consuming top-of-funnel tasks. On balance the feature set — especially automated background and reference checks — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
