Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and customizable to company-specific terminology. Automated routing into TMS or CRM fits neatly into how we already work, and automated routing into TMS or CRM removed a step we used to do by hand. Narrow focus may not suit non-logistics teams, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is quote and load tender handling — handled better than most — and integrates with common TMS and CRM systems. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Workflow integrations via API and connectors is exactly what I needed, and integrates with common TMS and CRM systems. I do wish narrow focus may not suit non-logistics teams, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is custom model training on company data — handled better than most — and reduces manual email handling and data entry. Requires setup and training data to perform well is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Pretty happy overall. Quote and load tender handling just works and reduces manual email handling and data entry. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
