Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: scalability for high-volume tasks and engineered for production reliability. Where it lags: less self-serve than off-the-shelf platforms. On balance the feature set — especially production-grade deployment — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is scalability for high-volume tasks — handled better than most — and hands-on craftsmanship approach. Pricing likely tailored rather than transparent is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Production-grade deployment just works and hands-on craftsmanship approach. Less self-serve than off-the-shelf platforms can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
