I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is knowledge base bot training — handled better than most — and smooth bot-to-human handoff. Learning curve for complex bot flows is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. AI chatbot builder with NLP is exactly what I needed, and integrates with major CRMs and helpdesks. I do wish customization may need developer help, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
