I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on customizable qualification criteria, and reduces SDR workload for repetitive tasks caught me off guard. Effectiveness depends on CRM data quality is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and operates 24/7 without manual oversight. Customizable qualification criteria fits neatly into how we already work, and customizable qualification criteria removed a step we used to do by hand. Less personal than a human SDR, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Around-the-clock availability is exactly what I needed, and reduces SDR workload for repetitive tasks. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
