Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Analytics and conversation history is exactly what I needed, and 24/7 automated customer support. I do wish interface can feel cluttered for new users, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is aI Agents for chat, voice, and forms — handled better than most — and free tier with usable limits. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and no-code agent and form builder. Multi-channel deployment and embeds fits neatly into how we already work, and multi-channel deployment and embeds removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. AI Agents for chat, voice, and forms just works and trains on your own docs and URLs. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
