Use it every day
Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Knowledge base and document training is exactly what I needed, and multi-channel deployment options. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is aI chatbot builder with customization controls — handled better than most — and customizable bot personality and responses. Advanced customization may require a learning curve is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
