I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is aI-driven candidate scoring and ranking — handled better than most — and asynchronous format works across time zones. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: sentiment and communication analysis and generates role-specific interview questions. Where it lags: accuracy depends on question quality. On balance the feature set — especially aI-driven candidate scoring and ranking — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on aTS and workflow integrations, and standardized evaluation across applicants caught me off guard. Less suited for highly technical role assessments is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
