I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on call transcripts and logs, and simple setup aimed at small businesses caught me off guard. May struggle with highly technical questions is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: question handling for FAQs and reduces missed-call revenue loss. Where it lags: limited to phone-based interactions. On balance the feature set — especially designed for small business workflows — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
