Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and conversational AI improves candidate experience. Structured scoring and shortlisting fits neatly into how we already work, and aTS and HRIS integrations removed a step we used to do by hand. May be overkill for small hiring teams, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Pretty happy overall. Structured scoring and shortlisting just works and integrates with major ATS platforms. May be overkill for small hiring teams can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on aI chatbot for candidate pre-screening, and structured assessments support fairer screening caught me off guard. Enterprise pricing not transparent is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
