Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and automates prospecting and outreach in one workflow. Outbound campaign automation fits neatly into how we already work, and automated personalized email generation removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Pipeline prioritization insights just works and personalization at scale reduces generic-feeling emails. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: automated personalized email generation and saves time for sales and SDR teams. Where it lags: predictive accuracy depends on data quality. On balance the feature set — especially automated personalized email generation — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
