Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and tailored interview prep for technical roles. Automated interview question generation fits neatly into how we already work, and structured screening workflows removed a step we used to do by hand. May require setup to match niche role criteria, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Technical hiring pipeline management just works and reduces manual resume screening time. May require setup to match niche role criteria can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Technical hiring pipeline management is exactly what I needed, and instant, criteria-based candidate scoring. I do wish effectiveness depends on quality of input data, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
