I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on focus on generating positive public reviews, and frees staff from manual review outreach caught me off guard. Results depend on overall guest experience quality is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Pretty happy overall. Reputation-building tools for hotels and B&Bs just works and automates guest follow-up at scale. Limited usefulness outside the hospitality sector can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
