Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Configurable greetings and hours is exactly what I needed, and natural-sounding AI voice. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on message taking and forwarding, and handles bookings and FAQs automatically caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: custom business knowledge base and 24/7 call coverage without staffing. On balance the feature set — especially custom business knowledge base — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
