Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Hosted knowledge base with custom domain just works and works directly with existing Notion content. AI answer quality depends on documentation depth can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: embeddable help widget and embeddable widget for any site. On balance the feature set — especially search and article analytics — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. AI chatbot trained on Notion pages just works and customizable branding and domain. Subscription pricing may not suit small projects can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and easy setup with no migration required. Hosted knowledge base with custom domain fits neatly into how we already work, and embeddable help widget removed a step we used to do by hand. AI answer quality depends on documentation depth, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Branded theming and layout options is exactly what I needed, and customizable branding and domain. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
