Does the job
Pretty happy overall. WhatsApp Business API access just works and no-code flow builder for non-developers. Support quality reports vary by plan can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: conversation analytics and reporting and strong presence in emerging messaging-first markets. On balance the feature set — especially visual chatbot and flow builder — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
