Does the job

Pretty happy overall. WhatsApp Business API access just works and no-code flow builder for non-developers. Support quality reports vary by plan can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: conversation analytics and reporting and strong presence in emerging messaging-first markets. On balance the feature set — especially visual chatbot and flow builder — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and no-code flow builder for non-developers. Live agent handover and inbox fits neatly into how we already work, and whatsApp Business API access removed a step we used to do by hand. Support quality reports vary by plan, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is visual chatbot and flow builder — handled better than most — and no-code flow builder for non-developers. Pricing can be complex across channels and regions is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
