Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and unifies product, revenue, and support signals. Cross-source data analysis fits neatly into how we already work, and churn and expansion signal detection removed a step we used to do by hand. Requires integrations with multiple systems, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: evidence-backed suggestions and reduces manual analysis time. On balance the feature set — especially integrations with product and CRM tools — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on cross-source data analysis, and unifies product, revenue, and support signals caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Cross-source data analysis is exactly what I needed, and prioritizes opportunities instead of raw metrics. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
