Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Appointment scheduling and reminders is exactly what I needed, and no-code setup for custom call flows. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on integrations with CRMs and calendars, and no-code setup for custom call flows caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: integrations with CRMs and calendars and no-code setup for custom call flows. Where it lags: voice AI can struggle with complex or emotional calls. On balance the feature set — especially lead capture with caller details — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
