Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on menu bar controls, and supports multiple monitors caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: multi-display support and supports multiple monitors. Where it lags: limited to GIFs, not video formats. On balance the feature set — especially looping playback — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and supports multiple monitors. Animated GIF desktop wallpapers fits neatly into how we already work, and use local files or URLs removed a step we used to do by hand. Minimal customization options, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
