Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Drag-and-drop conversation flow builder is exactly what I needed, and supports multiple messaging channels from one bot. I do wish per-interaction pricing can add up at scale, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is integrations with CRMs, email, and 100+ apps — handled better than most — and wide range of integrations and webhook support. Limited native AI/LLM capabilities out of the box is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and free tier available for testing and small projects. Multi-channel deployment (web, Messenger, Telegram, Slack, WhatsApp) fits neatly into how we already work, and integrations with CRMs, email, and 100+ apps removed a step we used to do by hand. Advanced logic may require workarounds, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: multi-channel deployment (web, Messenger, Telegram, Slack, WhatsApp) and free tier available for testing and small projects. On balance the feature set — especially drag-and-drop conversation flow builder — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
