Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Voice and text multimodal support is exactly what I needed, and enterprise-grade reliability and scaling. I do wish geared toward technical teams, not no-code users, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is enterprise security and compliance controls — handled better than most — and low-latency voice agent support. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. API and data source integrations just works and enterprise-grade reliability and scaling. Geared toward technical teams, not no-code users can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and low-latency voice agent support. API and data source integrations fits neatly into how we already work, and voice and text multimodal support removed a step we used to do by hand. Geared toward technical teams, not no-code users, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
