Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Business process integration is exactly what I needed, and supports sales and lead engagement. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: multi-channel engagement and designed for multi-channel communication. Where it lags: may require setup time to customize. On balance the feature set — especially multi-channel engagement — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Operations and task automation just works and supports sales and lead engagement. May require setup time to customize can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and designed for multi-channel communication. Multi-channel engagement fits neatly into how we already work, and lead qualification support removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
