We rolled this out across the team last quarter and built to handle enterprise-scale hiring. Leadership analytics and insights fits neatly into how we already work, and candidate experience tools removed a step we used to do by hand. Modular setup can require configuration effort, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
