Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Multi-department employee self-service just works and covers multiple departments in one assistant. Requires tuning to match company-specific processes can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: multilingual natural language understanding and strong integrations with ITSM and collaboration tools. On balance the feature set — especially multi-department employee self-service — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: barista conversational AI agent and multilingual support for global workforces. Where it lags: geared toward larger enterprises, not small teams. On balance the feature set — especially slack and Microsoft Teams integration — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and multilingual support for global workforces. Slack and Microsoft Teams integration fits neatly into how we already work, and multi-department employee self-service removed a step we used to do by hand. Pricing not publicly disclosed, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
