I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is historical analytics and reporting — handled better than most — and what-if scenario planning for capacity decisions. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Real-time resource capacity and workload view just works and strong focus on multi-project resource balancing. Requires clean project data to be effective can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and integrates with common PM tools like Jira and MS Project. Bottleneck and risk detection fits neatly into how we already work, and what-if scenario simulation removed a step we used to do by hand. Requires clean project data to be effective, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
