I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on team roles and access management, and supports many content sources and file formats caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on anti-hallucination responses grounded in your data, and no coding required to build or deploy agents caught me off guard. Subscription pricing may be steep for small users is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Team roles and access management is exactly what I needed, and supports many content sources and file formats. I do wish customization of underlying model behavior is limited, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and no coding required to build or deploy agents. Embeddable chat widget and developer API fits neatly into how we already work, and team roles and access management removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Anti-hallucination responses grounded in your data fits neatly into how we already work, and anti-hallucination responses grounded in your data removed a step we used to do by hand. Customization of underlying model behavior is limited, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
