Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Conversation analytics and tracking is exactly what I needed, and connects agent behavior to revenue outcomes. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Performance monitoring for AI agents just works and useful for both voice and chat channels. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: tools for identifying optimization opportunities and focused on conversational AI metrics. Where it lags: value depends on conversation volume. On balance the feature set — especially revenue and conversion insights — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on tools for identifying optimization opportunities, and useful for both voice and chat channels caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
