Does the job
Pretty happy overall. Multilingual outreach support just works and persistent, human-like conversations. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
Solid for our team
We rolled this out across the team last quarter and persistent, human-like conversations. Customizable conversation skills by use case fits neatly into how we already work, and lead qualification and meeting scheduling removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
Use it every day
Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Customizable conversation skills by use case is exactly what I needed, and persistent, human-like conversations. I do wish performance depends on quality of lead data, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
Compared a few options
Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: multilingual outreach support and covers full funnel from lead to renewal. Where it lags: performance depends on quality of lead data. On balance the feature set — especially lead qualification and meeting scheduling — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
