I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is exportable lead data — handled better than most — and provides competitor audience intelligence. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Exportable lead data is exactly what I needed, and faster than manually scanning comment threads. I do wish limited to YouTube as a data source, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and provides competitor audience intelligence. YouTube comment scraping and analysis fits neatly into how we already work, and keyword and theme filtering removed a step we used to do by hand. Limited to YouTube as a data source, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. YouTube comment scraping and analysis just works and useful for both sales and content research. Outreach depends on commenters' public contact info can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
