Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: analytics and conversation insights dashboard and multilingual support for global deployments. Where it lags: full capabilities may require professional services. On balance the feature set — especially generative AI and LLM integration — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on live agent handover and contact center integrations, and omnichannel support across voice, chat, and messaging caught me off guard. Learning curve for advanced flow design is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Pretty happy overall. Live agent handover and contact center integrations just works and omnichannel support across voice, chat, and messaging. Learning curve for advanced flow design can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
