Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Live agent handoff is exactly what I needed, and cRM and webhook integrations. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is cRM and Zapier integrations — handled better than most — and automates lead qualification 24/7. Worth the time if this is your use case.

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and agency-friendly with white-label options. CRM and Zapier integrations fits neatly into how we already work, and cRM and Zapier integrations removed a step we used to do by hand. Limited usefulness outside sales workflows, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on live agent handoff, and direct calendar booking for qualified leads caught me off guard. Quality depends on lead source and scripts is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
