Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on automatic task extraction from notes, and converts thoughts into actionable tasks caught me off guard. Relies on AI interpretation, which may misclassify entries is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is voice and text input support — handled better than most — and automatically structures unorganized notes. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and fast capture for ideas on the go. Smart categorization and tagging fits neatly into how we already work, and connections between related ideas removed a step we used to do by hand. Relies on AI interpretation, which may misclassify entries, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
