Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: customer experience personalization tools and combines analytics with generative AI. Where it lags: may require onboarding and configuration time. On balance the feature set — especially cRM and ERP data integrations — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Pretty happy overall. Customer experience personalization tools just works and industry fit for manufacturing and distribution. May require onboarding and configuration time can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Customer experience personalization tools is exactly what I needed, and combines analytics with generative AI. I do wish may require onboarding and configuration time, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
