Compared a few options
Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: lead capture and qualification and handles inquiries 24/7 without staff involvement. On balance the feature set — especially automated guest and booking inquiries — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
Use it every day
Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Automated guest and booking inquiries is exactly what I needed, and helps convert chat conversations into bookings. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on integration with operator websites, and trained on operator-specific content and policies caught me off guard. May still require human handoff for complex cases is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
