Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is developer API and integrations — handled better than most — and aPI access for custom integrations. Configuration can be complex for non-technical users is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Live chat support with human takeover just works and built-in live chat handoff to human agents. Configuration can be complex for non-technical users can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and built-in live chat handoff to human agents. White-label branding and deployment fits neatly into how we already work, and realtime voice agent capabilities removed a step we used to do by hand. Configuration can be complex for non-technical users, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on multi-channel embedding and deployment, and built-in live chat handoff to human agents caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
