Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on multi-language support, and supports multiple languages out of the box caught me off guard. Quality depends on source data accuracy is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and supports multiple languages out of the box. Website chat widget embed fits neatly into how we already work, and integrations with Slack, WhatsApp, and Crisp removed a step we used to do by hand. Limited offline or on-premise options, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: integrations with Slack, WhatsApp, and Crisp and no-code setup with quick deployment. Where it lags: advanced customization may require paid tiers. On balance the feature set — especially multi-language support — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is custom chatbot training on websites and files — handled better than most — and no-code setup with quick deployment. Worth the time if this is your use case.
